Dear Members & Friends,
As we move closer to 2025 we want to share some of the many exciting things that have occurred within SCMC so far in 2024:
YEAR 2024
January: AAHI grant awarded to the Senior Connection!
February: Senior Connection’s Health, Wellness, & Education program began!
March: Senior Connection held its first DRDW Karaoke night!
April: Partnership with Seneca Creek senior living began!
May: Senior Connection had its first overnight trip to New York through our Outdoor Excursion Program!
June: Senior Connection held the first Volunteer Appreciation since the pandemic at La Mexicana!
July: Partnership with the Maryland Living Well Center of Excellence began!
August: ?
Continue to check every month to get a small update on the Senior Connection and our programs! 2025 will be a year of amazing changes – with new programs and services!
