Become a Volunteer
If you are looking for a rewarding, flexible and stimulating volunteer opportunity…look no further. Just 2 – 3 hours of your time per week, at a time that is convenient to you, can make a world of difference to a senior who is no longer able to drive or to manage simple tasks that many of us do without even thinking about it. For example, changing a light bulb or taking out the trash is more than a task for some. Just imagine carrying three bags of groceries, using a walker, and riding a bus. A little of your time will make a real difference in someone’s ability to age with care and dignity.
While this website and our staff can tell you that it is a great volunteer experience, it may mean more coming from the existing cadre of volunteers.
