Get Assistance
“A neighbor’s independence depends upon you.” This tag line captures the essence of how services are provided. Neighbors, who help with simple tasks, enable older neighbors to stay in their own homes. A neighborhood is enriched by having the fun and excitement of youth, the energy from young adults and the stability and wisdom of age. The ability to “Age in Place” saves valuable resources from all aspects of society. While many seniors elect to move to retirement communities, many individuals prefer the familiarity of their own home. Either way, volunteers from The Senior Connection are available to assist with escorted transportation, shopping and errand assistance, friendly visitation and other simple tasks.
