You may speak to a representative during the office hours of Monday – Friday 9am – 4 pm. If all lines are busy or the staff is at lunch, the call will roll into an answering system and your call will be returned as soon as time will allow. The answering system is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Please speak slowly and clearly and leave your full name, phone number along with a brief message.

Make A Referral

Referrals come to The Senior Connection from providers all over Montgomery County. Download a  Request for Assistance and mail or fax a copy to our office, or have your client call us to register. No direct referral is necessary.
